London at 6am....it really can be beautiful!


London by nite.This was one of those randomly great nites, that seems to have passed before it even started.

U know, it seems as th ough there is so much to be seen in this city, yet the actual city is best seen at nite, when u can't see just how gray it is or waaaaaaaaay early in the morning, while too much car exaust still hasnt hit the city. Ok, so the guy on the bicycle is wearing a breathing mask...but dont they always? Sometimes when i walk around Embankment, I see these people who look as though they're wearing some modern day hijab or a stylish surgeon's mask and wonder how hot they must feel underneath it all?!
Alright, enough crap. Am just happy that it's 'another' sunny day and i can go out and study in the grass. Tate Modern (the art gallery just in front of my residence) shouldbe packed today, given that it's a bank holiday and all, but i hope that the garden/field/random patch of grass will be accessible...Laters

To set the mood

After failing to keep in touch w/ so many of u for one reason or another, Ive decided that this is prob the best way of letting y'all know whats up in my life and an even betta way of everyone keepin up simultanously. No sorries though, only few ppl have the link, so feel free to spill whatever's on ur heart (or wherever else!).

As for me, exams have finally kicked off 2 weeks ago and it seems as though they'll never end! Ive got 2 left this week and will go MENTAL on Wednesday/Thursday/Friday...etc. :) Seriously, London hasn't yet experienced anything alike! Laura+Charlz- it'll be me from Summer 2001...!! I dont care about hte last exam on the 9th coz it's sociology & that seems to make sense when it wants to and is otherwise the equivalent of TOK.

Summer- only 3 weeks away! It seems as though this one'll be busier than the previous ones, with some serious travel to be done...almost certain plates on the menu are Vienna, Belgrade, Croatia (believe it or not, am driving through the country for the firdst time....w/ my dad!), NYC+Miami, Brazil (SP+ Florianopolis) & hooooooooooooooooooooooooooome! Yes! I get to go 'home' and just be spoiled!! Chicks, if u dont get ur asses down to la Cote between July 10th and August 10th, i might...ahhh, goodness gracious, it's too horrible even to think of it! (Sighs dramatically...think of the '30s movies!) As for oyu Vedat darlin, the army is EXACTLY what u need: i'll have to call ur mom soon, if u dont stop slowly killing urself w/ ur lifestyle!
